What are the ingredients in daily c?
Propanediol, Aqua, Ascorbic Acid, Glycerin, Caprylyl Glycol, Ferulic Acid, Kojic Acid, Emblica Officinalis Fruit Extract, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Camellia Sinensis (White Tea) Leaf Extract, Hyaluronic Acid, Arginine, Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate, Punica Granatum (Pomegranate) Fruit Extract, Potassium Sorbate, Dimethyl Isosorbide.

What do you mean when you say ‘clean ingredients’?
By clean, we mean daily c was conscientiously formulated and excludes any ingredients that are proven to be harmful or biologically incompatible with our skin.
Ingredients we always leave out of our formulas are:

Is this cruelty-free?
Yes. There are no animal products or animal-derived ingredients in daily c, or any of our formulas. And they were all developed without any kind of experimentation on animals.

Can this product be used on oily skin? Or dry skin?
Yes! Our product is made for everyone but we do recommend doing a patch test before using it on your face.

How do I place a return or exchange?

What’s your return policy?
Even though we have complete confidence in our product, we understand it may not be for everyone. Therefore, we offer a 30-day full money-back guarantee (minus the cost of return shipping).
If you’re not happy with daily c for any reason at all, please send an email to hello@dermtheory.com within 30 days of purchasing the product, and we’ll help you take it from there. To receive a refund, you’ll need to ship back the product in its original bottle to the address we provide. Once we receive your shipment, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process. -

All of our products ship from within North America.

What is your shipping timeline during COVID-19?

Where do you ship?
We ship to all states in the US and across Canada, including PO boxes. We don’t have any expansion plans yet, but be sure to sign up for our email list so you can be the first to know when we do!
